Ageing Potential: 1 to 2 years
Winemaking: 95% direct pressing and 5% saignée method. The juices are cold-settled on their lees for 15 days before undergoing temperature-controlled fermentation between 10°C and 17°C.
Tasting Notes: A classic Provence rosé. Its pale colour introduces a delicate bouquet of yellow fruits, citrus notes, and white flowers. On the palate, it is generous and rounded, while retaining a lively, refreshing freshness. A beautifully balanced wine, full of sunshine and character, ideal as an aperitif or alongside summer cuisine.
