Winemaking: Carbonic maceration for approximately three weeks, followed by 12 months of ageing in oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Aged for 12 months in new oak barrels, this age-worthy red reveals an intense bouquet of ripe red fruits, gentle spices, and violet. On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-structured, supported by silky, well-integrated tannins. A wine of character, crafted for long-term ageing, and the perfect companion to hearty meat dishes or more contemplative tasting moments.
