Ageing Potential: 6 months to 1 year
Winemaking: : Harvested by hand during the first days of the vintage and produced using a seven-day carbonic maceration. This wine is released just one month after harvest, capturing the freshness and vibrancy of the new vintage.
Tasting Notes: : Its deep violet colour introduces an expressive bouquet of red fruits, including raspberry, cherry, and blackcurrant. The palate is smooth and generous, with rounded tannins and an immediate, irresistible fruitiness that makes this Primeur Cuvée especially enjoyable.
Food Pairings: : Perfect for sharing as an aperitif, alongside charcuterie boards, or with convivial dishes among friends and family.
